These bridges are made using food-grade stainless steel and low-energy,
cold-forming building methods: they are lasercut, rolled, and hand-finished with files and lots of sand paper. 
Just as on a tree, the fruit is held up with minimum contact.
The product's leftover material is also not wasted; it is reused for other, smaller products, like tealight stands and keychains.
