HOW DOES IT WORK?

A fruit bridge holds fruit up and away from each other.
Air can circulate through freely, so there is no trapping of ethylene gas

(as in a bowl), which would quickly speed up the ripening/spoiling process. There is no crowding, no pushing, no injuring.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION?

Because 43% of all food produced in America is wasted in our homes. Fruits and vegetables account for the most significant loss and waste among food groups.
Unfortunately, disposed food in landfills emits methane,
